Exactly one year before the appearance of the extraterrestrial message at Crabwood, also on August 14, the another formation was discovered in a wheat field at Chilbolton in 2001. It was the image of a face, which had similarities to the face on Mars.
Six days after the appearance of the face, a second formation was discovered in the same field. Once again, the researchers were stunned. It seemed to be a code…
Within days, the code was cracked by researcher such as Paul Vigay, a British computer programmer. It turned out to be a binary code, just like the Crabwood ET that would appear one year earlier.
Some researchers recognised the pattern as the binary message sent into space by NASA in 1974 by means of the giant Arecibo radio telescope at Puerto Rico.
The original NASA message turned out to be very similar to the crop formation.
The latter seemed to be a reply to the NASA original message.
