Archeologe Mieke Zilverberg, die van begin af aan het team van Kunst & Kitsch ondersteunt, vertelt over een gegraveerde gouden schijf die zij onder ogen kreeg in 1990. De schijf werd destijds door een man in Den Haag aangekocht en bevond zich in een klomp lakwas.

De herkomst is onbekend en het schrift kan tot op heden door niemand worden ontcijferd. Uiteindelijk is het voorwerp in handen gekomen van NASA, maar ook zij konden er niets mee, volgens Zilverberg. Wetenschappers wereldwijd kunnen niets anders concluderen dan dat het object van buitenaardse oorsprong moet zijn…

Harderwijk, 28 Oktober 2009 /EZPress/ – Bij een poging tot een overval op een cafetaria aan de Leuvenumseweg in Harderwijk wist de 58-jarige medewerker van de zaak de overvaller te verjagen door een emmer sop over hem heen te storten. De kletsnatte overvaller sloeg direct op de vlucht, stapte in een personenauto, die daarna wegreed richting de Strokel.

De 58-jarige man was omstreeks 19:15 uur in de cafetaria aan het schoonmaken toen plotseling een onbekend persoon met bivakmuts in de deuropening verscheen en onder bedreiging van een vuurwapen geld eiste.
De man wist de overvaller echter te verrassen door een emmer met sop die hij in zijn handen had, in een reflex, over hem heen te gooien.

De overvaller sloeg direct op de vlucht. Via de parkeerplaats rende hij naar de Strokel, waar hij in een personenauto stapte die tot dat moment, met een chauffeur op de parkeerplaats bij de cafetaria stond. De auto reed weg in de richting van de voetbalvelden.

De overvaller betreft vermoedelijk een jongeman van 20-23 jaar, 1.75 lang, tenger postuur, met een getinte huidskleur. Droeg een bivakmuts, een zwarte stoffen ¾ jas en een spijkerbroek.

De politie zoekt tips en getuigen. Degenen die mogelijk iets gezien hebben, of informatie over deze poging tot overval hebben, wordt gevraagd te bellen met 0900-8844.

The boy aged two with Einstein’s IQ: Why little Oscar is Britain’s youngest boy to be accepted into Mensa

While other two-year-olds are discovering the joy of playgrounds, Oscar Wrigley would rather be learning about wildlife or the history of Ancient Rome.

He has recently taken to conducting classical music as he listens in the back of the car and identifies the different instruments.

So his parents were not surprised when, at the ripe old age of two years, five months and 11 days, he became the youngest boy in Britain to be accepted by Mensa.

With an IQ of at least 160, he has the same score as the likes of Einstein and Stephen Hawking.

‘Oscar was recently telling my wife about the reproductive cycle of penguins,’ said his father Joe, 29, an IT specialist from Reading in Berkshire.

‘He is always asking questions. Every parent likes to think their child was special but we knew there was something particularly remarkable about Oscar.

‘I’m fully expecting the day to come when he turns around and tells me I’m an idiot.’

Assessors at the Gifted Children’s Information Centre in Solihull said Oscar, an only child, is one of the brightest youngsters they have ever come across.

His intelligence is literally off the scale with the 45-minute Stanford-Binet test being unable to measure higher than 160.

Dr Peter Congdon ranked the toddler in the 99.99th percentile, meaning he is one in 100,000 in terms of his intelligence.

He will need to be tested further in the years to come to establish his exact score.

‘Oscar is a child of very superior intelligence,’ said Dr Congdon.

‘His abilities fall well within the range sometimes referred to as intellectually gifted. He demonstrated outstanding ability.’

Oscar’s parents say he started talking at nine months and by 18 months he was reciting the alphabet in the bath.

By the time he turned two he had a vocabulary stretching to thousands of words while most children his age would have mastered only 50 or so.

Mr and Mrs Wrigley say they encourage him to follow any activity in which he shows interest.

He is already showing a gift for music and has asked for a saxophone for Christmas despite the fact he is far too small to be able to play.

‘He will sit in the back of the car listening to the Indiana Jones soundtrack and he’ll be conducting with his fingers,’ said Mr Wrigley.

‘Then he’ll say, “Here comes the brass with the French horn” and then “Here come the strings”.’

Both Oscar’s parents have normal IQs although his maternal uncle, Jonathan Masters, was a child prodigy who began a university degree in computing aged just 13 in 1995.

His mother Hannah, 26, a housewife, said: ‘He amazes everyone. We knew at 12 weeks he was extremely bright. He was unusually alert.

At four months I would hold up two items of clothing and he would pick out which he wanted to wear.

‘Recently a friend was sitting in our garden and saw a bird and said to Oscar, “Is that a tweet-tweet?” and he replied, “No, it’s a blue tit.”

‘His vocabulary is amazing. He’s able to construct complex sentences.

‘The other day he said to me, “Mummy, sausages are like a party in my mouth”.’

But being gifted also brings its difficulties with how best to educate Oscar being a major concern to his parents.

His mother is battling with Reading Borough Council to give him a school place two years early.

A spokesman for Mensa confirmed he was the youngest boy to join the society, which requires a minimum IQ of 148.

Chief executive John Stevenage said: ‘Oscar shows great potential. Converting that potential to achievement is the challenge for his parents and we are delighted that they have chosen to join the Mensa network for support.’

The previous youngest boy to join Mensa was Ben Woods, who was two years and ten months in 1995.

The youngest child is Elise Tan Roberts, from Edmonton, North London, at two years four months and 14 days. She joined with an IQ of 154 earlier this year.

The Shroud of Turin has been reproduced, according to Italian scientists, who claimed their experiment proved that the linen some Christians revere as Jesus’s burial cloth is a medieval fake.

The shroud, measuring 14 feet, 4 inches by 3 feet, 7 inches, bears the image, reversed like a photographic negative, of a crucified man some believers say is Christ.

“We have shown that it is possible to reproduce something which has the same characteristics as the shroud,” said Luigi Garlaschelli, a professor of chemistry at the University of Pavia who is due to illustrate the results at a conference on the para-normal this weekend in northern Italy.

The Shroud of Turin shows the back and front of a bearded man with long hair, his arms crossed on his chest, while the entire cloth is marked by what appears to be rivulets of blood from wounds in the wrists, feet and side.

Carbon dating tests by laboratories in Oxford, Zurich and Arizona in 1988 caused a sensation by dating it from between 1260 and 1390. Sceptics said it was a hoax, possibly made to attract the profitable medieval pilgrimage business.

But scientists have thus far been at a loss to explain how the image was left on the cloth.

Mr Garlaschelli reproduced the full-sized shroud using materials and techniques that were available in the middle ages.

Scientists placed a linen sheet flat over a volunteer and then rubbed it with a pigment containing traces of acid. A mask was used for the face.

The pigment was then artificially aged by heating the cloth in an oven and washing it, a process which removed it from the surface but left a fuzzy, half-tone image similar to that on the shroud. He believes the pigment on the original shroud faded naturally over the centuries.

They then added blood stains, burn holes, scorches and water stains to achieve the final effect.

The Catholic Church does not claim the shroud is authentic nor that it is a matter of faith, but says it should be a powerful reminder of Christ’s passion.

One of Christianity’s most disputed relics, it is locked away at Turin Cathedral in Italy and rarely exhibited. It was last on display in 2000 and is due to be shown again next year.

Media outlets as well as the official government website in Kazakhstan are reporting the surprise discovery of local geoglyphs or ‘Nazca Lines’. Geoglyphs are drawings created on the ground by arranging stones or removing the top layers of earth. These designs typically cover large areas. The most famous geoglyphs are those found in the Nazca desert in Peru. These show hummingbirds, spiders, monkeys, fish, sharks, llamas, and lizards.

The Kazakhstan Geoglyphs (photo above, thanks to photojournalist N. Dorogov) appear to depict a humanoid figure wedged between two unusual structures. The drawings are located in the remote Karatau Mountains in South Kazakhstan.

Geoglyphs are of interest to UFO researchers, some of whom believe they might be messages or markers created by ancient people for the benefit of visiting extraterrestrials. It is alleged by these UFO scholars that in times of distress these were a way of asking ‘Star Gods’ to return and Assist these early societies, however this hypothesis has not been proven.

It is expected that some scholars of extraterrestrial matters will claim that the being shown in the drawing might well depict an alien that once visited the area and interacted with the locals.

Kazhakstan is an area of intense UFO sightings and activity. Recently the Kazakhstan Government toyed with the idea of creating a UFO landing field and an alien embassy.

Wie vandaag, 5 september 2009, naar de klassiek Google pagina surft, krijg het Google logo te zien waarbij een UFO een van de O’s ontvoerd. Wat is de bedoeling van dit logo? Google past wel vaker zijn logo aan maar nu is niet echt duidelijk waarom? Als je op het logo klikt krijg je de resulaten te zien van het zoek argument “overklaarbare verschijning”.

Normaal hebben speciale Google logo’s namen zoals perseids09.gif, googlemichaeljackson09.gif, et cetera. Deze keer niet. Geen verwijzing naar een jaartal, geen verwijzing naar een gebeurtenis, alleen het ontbreken van een “o” in de naam. Deze is vervangen door een “underscore” streepje: Go_gle. Als je kijkt naar het logo zelf, dan zie je dat de Ufo ook in het logo de tweede letter “o” ontvoert. De naam van het logo is dus ook al een onverklaarbare verschijning geworden.

Verder heeft Google ook een gecodeerde boodschap op twitter gezet.

Dit bericht is inmiddels al gedecodeerd als:  “All your O are belong to us”.

Is dit misschien een reclame stunt voor de nieuwe film “the fourth kind“?

Wie het weet mag het zeggen…..

David Vaughan Icke (Leicester, 29 april 1952) is een Britse schrijver/activist. Hij is een voormalige professioneel voetballer, (BBC) (sport)verslaggever, en nationaal woordvoerder van de British Green Party. Sinds 1990 is hij wat hij noemt fulltime onderzoeker naar wat en wie de wereld werkelijk beheersen.

De Green Party nam in 1991 afstand van hem in de politiek, toen hij zichzelf de zoon van God noemde. (Icke beschouwt ieder mens als een ‘kind van God’.) Later ging hij beweren, dat de wereld in werkelijkheid geregeerd werd door Illuminati, een soort elite aan de macht. Hij bracht hen in verband met zo ongeveer elke tot dan toe bekende complottheorie.

Vervolgens publiceerde David Icke in 1999 het boek The Biggest Secret, waarin hij beweerde dat een aantal machtige leiders in de wereld zouden afstammen van de zogenaamde Reptilians, een bepaald ras van buitenaardse wezens. Als voorbeelden van afstammelingen van deze aliens werden o.a. door hem genoemd: George W. Bush, George H.W. Bush, Elizabeth II van het Verenigd Koninkrijk, Kris Kristofferson, Beatrix der Nederlanden, Bill Clinton, Hillary Clinton, Dick Cheney, Henry Kissinger, Frank Sinatra, Winston Churchill, Al Gore en Tony Blair.

In zijn boek “Alice in Wonderland and the World Trade Center Disaster” tracht hij aan te tonen dat de 9-11 aanslag het werk is van binnenuit de Amerikaanse regering en overheidsinstanties, een zogenaamde “inside job”. Deze theorieën zijn ook onderzocht door onder andere de Amerikaanse professoren Griffin en Jones. Jones draagt bewijsmateriaal aan dat de Twintowers en het WTC7-gebouw door explosieven (thermiet) omlaag zouden zijn gebracht. David Icke wordt door critici beschuldigd van antisemitisme omdat hij de antisemitische Protocollen van de Wijzen van Zion in verband bracht met zijn complottheorieën. Zelf dicht hij Joden geen bijzondere plaats toe in zijn wereldcomplot. Icke wordt ervan beschuldigd informatie omtrent de Illuminati te willen ondermijnen met zijn theorie van Reptilians, shapeshifters, en z’n theorie van een gecreëerde illusoire wereld, The Matrix.
