Een vrouw heeft bij het fotograferen van de zonsondergang boven Sydney een UFO opgemerkt. Fiona Hartigan kwam haar verhaal doen op de Australische televisie en deelde de beelden met de rest van de wereld. Wat de vliegende schijf precies was, komen we wellicht nooit te weten.

“Ik was nog maar net uit mijn wagen gestapt om de zonsondergang te fotograferen, toen de vreemde scène zich voor mijn ogen ontrolde”, vertelt Fiona Hartigan. “Net toen ik een kiekje wilde schieten, zag ik plots een zwart voorwerp en het begon te bewegen. Eerst was het zo’n 800 meter verwijderd, maar dan kwam het dichter, tot op 400 meter. Vervolgens verschenen er ook nog twee andere kleine ronde dingen uit de heldere oranje lichtbundel boven het voorwerp. Het maakte geen geluid, het was heel vreemd. Ik was totaal overweldigd door het gebeuren.”

UFO-expert Doug Moffett werpt zijn licht op de eigenaardige zaak. “Wat het ook is, het is zeker een gelegenheid om iets nieuws te ontdekken. Er zijn elk jaar zo’n 1.500 UFO-waarnemingen in Australië, maar dat is maar het topje van de ijsberg. Waarom zouden mensen die verhalen verzinnen? Ze zouden zich er enkel belachelijk mee kunnen maken.”

Two bizarre features seen on radar over the North West and South East of Australia on Jan 22, 2010. The ring over the south east appeared approximately 30 seconds before the bizarre red star over the north west.

Colin Andrews received E-mails from all over Australia today reporting this rather extraordinary feature captured on the Australian Government Bureau of Meteorology radar site. This follows a series of so far u-explained features seen on Australian national radars since the 15th. For a while radar from the Melbourne Airport facility was out of action.

Another strange ring appeared on 22 Jan over the South East of the country.

Today has been very lively surrounding this debate over what some are suggesting are weather modification experiments now under way over huge country.

Colin Andrews has received data on the 22nd that shows the HAARP facility has been ramped up.
